The component

Controle SMS is a SMS API developed entirely in 4D which ensures it is compatible with your 4D application.

Controle SMS offers a set of features to:
  • instantly send SMS to one or many recipients,
  • get the delivery status for each recipient,
  • Customize ID sender with your company name (OADC),
  • get account credit,
  • …and many more features.

You pay for the component once whatever the 4D version you run - No Hassle. The component can be downloaded using a link sent to you.

The service does not require a modem nor a SIM card to send a text message.

The Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Contrôle SMS 2FA is a 4D API that add an extra level of protection to user accounts.

To access his account, your user is prompt to input his username and password. Then, with Contrôle SMS 2FA he receives a text message with a random pin code in a message you can customize. The user can continue if he resends the right pin code.
Authentication in two steps will disturb any attacker and it prevents the risk for you to be a victim of hackers.
